Marianna Arts Festival & Fine Swine Dine Cook-Off
April 7 & 8, 2006
Citizen’s Lodge Park, Marianna
Plans are underway for a variety of entertainment, food, art and craft dealers, art exhibit and contest. A BBQ cooking contest sanctioned by Memphis in May National Barbeque Contest will also take place. Committees are seeking performing artists and visual artists to participate in the art competition and art vendors to sell their work. Food vendors are also needed.

WHTC to Offer Classes
January 9, 2006
Washington-Holmes Technical Center offers a variety of evening classes during the Spring semester. Evening classes in Nail Technician and Cosmetology will be scheduled to meet on Monday from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. Criminal justice classes are scheduled to meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. They will begin Feb. 7th. Call 638-6180 for more information and to obtain a schedule of all classes available.
